Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.

  Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions for pickup.

  Pickup or Shipping

  For mattresses, we will coordinate a local charity pickup. For smaller items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  Refund Processing

  Once the return is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
